Guy at the front desk, younger, brown hair is awesome. Had a great stay. Clean rooms, prompt service, and always willing to help. Couldn’t recommend more.
The five stars is in comparison to other Holiday inns. I travel for work and usually I'm booked at Holiday inns. This is by far one of the best ones I've stayed at. The staff here is especially good.
Booked super last minute and check in was still smooth as can be. Incredibly friendly staff and seriously one of the best breakfasts I have ever seen in a hotel, definitely worth paying to add to your room
The rooms were real nice and they even had your choice of firm or soft pillows! The breakfast in the morning had a very wide variety of hot items as well as fresh fruit! They have real plates and cutlery and the ladies working were very nice. The location is great just behind Meijer and close to everything! All in all it was a great trip and I had a wonderful night of sleep! I got into town about 6:00 a.m. and they allowed me a super early check-in as well as allowing me to stay until 11:00 a.m. the next day! They take pride in their hotel and I would love to stay here again!
Staff was very friendly and helpful. Had a dinner with generous portions at a fair price. Free breakfast was pretty decent with several hot options. The floor surrounding the pool was extremely slippery! The king suite isn't exactly a suite. There's only a partition separating a space barely big enough to open up the couch bed. The TV in that area was off line. The very friendly front desk man tried to remedy but wasn't able to. That wasn't really a big deal since 2 TV's running in that small of a space wouldn't have worked out well anyway. Overall our needs were met and everything was clean.
Came here to visit my mother in the hospital. She ended up leaving us. The staff here was so patient and supportive of my behavior. You kind of go off the rails when you lose a parent. When I come back to visit, I'll be staying here.
Every amenity that I could want while on Business travel. Laundry on my floor. Microwave and Fridge in my room. Nice big room. Safe area. Kind staff. Very clean. I will definitely be returning!
This was a nice functional hotel, good service, clean room, competitive rate. Water pressure was non-existent, but I observed the same thing at another Jackson hotel, so maybe it's a Jackson thing and not a Holiday Inn thing. The TV is a dated TV with a scroll guide. It's 2025, so maybe it's time to get one of those new-fangled smart TV's?
